13 Oaks Distillery
13 Oaks Distillery was established on Little Abbey Farm in the Cheshire village of Wrenbury in 2024 by farmer Tristan Parker. Tristan has lived on Little Abbey Farm for over 40 years and has a passion for natural produce and natural flavours. The distillery is home to a British-made copper pot still and 13 Oaks Gins are made using a traditional 'one-shot' distillation process and feature botanicals from the farm and herb gardens alongside traditional botanicals. The 13 Oaks Gin range includes their London Dry Gin, Pink Citrus Gin, Spiced Gin, and Summer Breeze Gin. In 2025, 13 Oaks Distillery was named 'New Distillery of the Year' in The Gin Guide Awards.​

13 Oaks London Dry Gin (42% ABV)

  • Botanicals: Including juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark, cardamom, orange peel, lemon peel, orchard fruits. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • ​Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Pink Grapefruit, or in a Negroni or White Lady.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper and zesty orange and lemon. Earthy juniper on the palate with refreshing citrus and subtle orchard fruit notes. A finish of warming cassia and coriander seeds.
