About Adamus Gin
Launched in 2015 by Destilaria Levira in Portugal, Adamus Gin features the regional Baga grapes of Bairrada and is presented with a stopper made with the cork that Portugal is famous for. The name 'Adamus' is derived from the Greek with 'Adamas' which means diamond, signifying the gin's premium positioning and further represented with the faceted cork stopper. Adamus Gin features 18 botanicals which are individually vapour distilled in copper stills before being brought together. |

The Gin Guide Review
Adamus Dry Gin is light, bright and floral, supported by fruity citrus, grape notes, an underlying dryness of sage, soft spice, and a gentle kick of ginger on the finish. When neat, it is a delicate gin but with complexity, a defined character, an enticing aroma, and a summery flavour profile. With Tonic Water, the juniper and citrus peel oils are further released to boost their prominence, as well as additional notes of cardamom, to balance with the florals and deliver a contemporary and very appealing G&T. - Paul Jackson, 2022 |
