Adnams Copper House Gin Review & Tasting Notes
About Adnams Copper House Gin
Traditionally better known for the beers, Adnams Copper House Gin was voted ‘the World’s Best Gin’ in 2013 at the International Wine & Spirits Competition. The gin is distilled in-house at Adnams Southwold Distillery with East Anglian malted barley spirit and 6 botanicals including hibiscus flowers, using a handmade copper still before being purified. The Gin Guide Review Perhaps you wouldn't expect Adnams to be producing spirits, but expect to be very pleasantly surprised. This gin is multi-award winning and uses hibiscus flowers to create a charming floral character, whilst not being overpowering or too perfumed. It is a surprise package that makes a clear statement that this renowned beer producer will become a big name in the gin industry too. - Paul Jackson , 2016 |
