AmberChes Spirits
AmberChes Spirits is a family-run business and was founded in Western Australia in 2020 by parents Dean and Heather and their daughters Alicia and Lauren, bringing together experience in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and the legal sector. After initially setting up their distillery in a converted barn, they moved to a new site in 2023 on a vineyard in the Swan Valley, with a Cellar Door and offering Gin Distilling and Gin Blending classes. Following the initial launch of their AmberChes Botanical Gin in 2021, their spirits range has grown to include their Lemon Myrtle Gin, Raspberry Gin and Sloe Gin, as well as their Orange Gin which was named 'Best in Australia 2024' in The Gin Guide Awards, plus a Limoncello and flavoured Vodkas.

AmberChes Botanical Gin (42% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 8 botanicals including juniper, angelica root, liquorice root, cardamom, elderflower, apple, orange. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Apple or Orange, or in a Martini or White Lady.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of fragrant citrus and sweet vanilla. On the palate, peppery juniper with orange and lemon citrus, and rooty undertones. A finish of warming spice with cardamom and vanilla.​
