Edinburgh Gin Distillery
Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland's capital city, taking inspiration from Edinburgh's contrasts and harmony between historic tradition and contemporary creativity. Edinburgh Gin began with 'The Classic', their flagship London Dry Gin which became the foundation for a gin range that was at the forefront of the Flavoured Gin revolution and continues to be one of the most varied and vibrant on the market. Edinburgh Gin's first distillery was based at the Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh's West End, before opening a second distillery in 2016 at The Biscuit Factory in Leith, with a 1,000L still to meet growing demand. In 2024, Edinburgh Gin opened their new state-of-the-art, custom-built site at The Arches in the heart of Edinburgh's Old own, offering a range of experiences including tours, tastings, and Gin & Chocolate pairing.

Edinburgh Gin - The Classic (43% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 14 botanicals including juniper, pine buds, cobnuts, lemongrass, lavender, orange peel, lime peel, mulberries. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange, or in a Martini or White Lady.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of pine and lavender, with hints of orange zest. Juniper and citrus on the palate, with orange peel, lime and lemongrass. A crisp, dry finish of citrus, pine and coriander seeds. ​
