Distillerie Fortemps de Loneux was established in 2022 in Differdange, Luxembourg, by Inès Fortemps de Loneux. Originally from Belgium, Inès moved to Spain where her passion for Gin & Tonic was sparked, before training in distillation with a Master Distiller in France. After growing botanicals and deciding on creating a floral Western Dry Gin with handpicked botanicals, Inès embarked on a collaborative process with 140 people helping to shape her gin, from selecting botanicals through to voting on the branding. Distilled in a 250L copper pot still, the result was Entre Nous Gin, launched in 2024 and translating as 'Between Us', inspired by goals of creating a gin which brings people together, is produced with transparency, and has a personal touch.

"The idea behind my gin was to create something unique in Luxembourg. At the time, most gins here were made by only a few distilleries, with a strong citrus profile and little transparency on ingredients. I, on the other hand, am a huge fan of floral Western Dry Gins, so that’s what I wanted to create.
