Flipá Gin
Flipa Gin was launched in 2022 in Mendoza, Argentina, by brothers Daniel, Noel, and Diego Casado​. The name 'Flipa' means 'Flip Out' in Spanish.

Flipá London Dry Gin (42% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 10 including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, sweet orange peel, citra hops. Base Spirit: Grain.​
  • ​Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Lemon, or in a Negroni or Bee's Knees.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper and citrus. Sweet orange, lemon and warm cardamom on the palate. A finish of black pepper, cinnamon and cassia bark.

"Creating a gin with a Mendoza identity presents an interesting challenge, given that our product is based on the classic style. This means that, strictly speaking, it doesn't have a Mendoza identity in its purest form. Classic gin is known for its crisp, citrusy flavour profile, where juniper is the protagonist, and the nuances are provided by the botanicals. However, we have the opportunity to make a high-quality gin using ingredients that could evoke the essence of Mendoza. This allows us to identify our production with the quality and tradition of the region, while maintaining the essence of classic gin." - ​Co-Founder, Daniel Casado
