About Fresha Gin
Fresha Strawberry Gin is distilled in Andalucia and features strawberries from Huelva in South West Spain. The gin took seven months to develop and is distilled in a traditional copper pot still. It features botanicals including lemon peel and orange peel from Seville, cardamom, star anise and vanilla, as well as natural spring water. Fresha Gin was a Silver award-winner at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2015. The Gin Guide says... You could be forgiven for thinking that a strawberry gin could be sickly sweet and resemble the taste of boiled sweets. In reality, Fresha Gin delivers full-on, fresh strawberry flavours when neat, and a summery, fresh and enjoyable gin and tonic. Just like strawberries, there is a sweetness to the gin, and the juniper comes through alongside this whilst the orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom and star anise give balance to ensure it is not overpowering.
