What did you do before creating Diamonde Gin? Rhys, a PE teacher and Ryan, a Financial Adviser. What is the inspiration behind Diamonde Gin? Our inspiration is other lifestyle brands which empower their customers, to enjoy the moment and savour something special in life. Can you tell us more about the distillation process for Diamonde Gin? All of our Gin is distilled in small batches, handcrafted by our master distiller just outside of Glasgow, Scotland. The distillation process begins with a beautiful blend of floral hints and earthy notes for a London Dry foundation. It is then infused with Strawberries and Raspberries to give it a unique sweetness and blush colour. What are your favourite ways to drink Diamonde Gin? We prefer our Gin in different drinks; Ryan likes a Diamonde Spritz (Diamonde Blush, Prosecco, raspberry and lemonade) and with Grapefruit Soda. Rhys likes his Diamonde Blush in a Diamonde Mule (Blush Gin Ginger Beer and fresh lime) and in a perfect serve with Raspberry Lemonade and a raspberry garnish. Desert Island Gins: Which 3 gins would you take with you (other than your own)? We would take Diamonde Blush Gin, classic Tanqueray Gin and Roku Gin. What is your ambition for Diamonde Gin in the years to come?
We would like to continue to expand our distribution channels across all of the continents and explore the opportunity to have our distillery situated in Loch Lomond which is somewhere close to our hearts.
