Gin Eva Old Tom - Review & Tasting Notes
About Gin Eva Old Tom
The Gin Guide Review Gin Eva Old Tom combines the characteristics of the historic Old Tom style with the flavours of Majorca. When drunk neat it is rich with deep orange notes, lemon flavours reminiscent of limoncello, and soft oak notes that bring both sweetness and spice to balance. It's a gin that can certainly be enjoyed neat or on ice. With tonic the richness of the citrus lightens but the depth of flavour remains and is joined my more prominence of piney juniper. It's a charming gin with a rustic, rural feel to it that transports your mind straight to the Balearics. - Paul Jackson, 2021 |
