Mallorca Distillery have launched the latest edition in their Palma Gin range - Palma Rosé Gin, featuring Mallorcan citrus peels and macerated with hibiscus for a gentle pink hue.

Palma Rosé Gin captures the island's vibrant spirit with its bursting floral and zesty flavours.

The unique colour comes from the maceration of organic hibiscus flowers creating a perfect pink hue. The result of the maceration is a refreshingly bright gin with a delicate balance of floral sweetness and a perfectly smooth finish, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle. Palma Rosé Gin is a unique premium product, made from the island for the island.
