Ginkins Distillery
Ginkins was founded in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2022. Founder Scott Ginkins, who lends his surname to the brand, grew up around traditional distilling and, when creating Louisville Dry Gin, was inspired to develop a gin that reflected his heritage celebrating his hometown and the spirit of Kentucky. Since its launch, Ginkins has continued expanding its presence throughout Kentucky and is now available at many of the state's leading wine and spirits retailers, while also growing its presence in bars, restaurants, and cocktail programs. This expansion reflects the increasing demand for premium craft gin produced in the Bluegrass State.

Ginkins Louisville Dry Gin (42.5% ABV)

  • ​Botanicals: 9 botanicals including juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom, nutmeg, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Corn.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon Peel or Orange, or in a Martini or Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of robust juniper, citrus, cardamom and earthy, warm spices. Juniper, citrus and spice on the palate, with nutmeg and coriander building. A finish of warm spices and lingering citrus.
