About The Gower Gin Company Distillery
The Gower Gin Company is located at Port Eynon on Wales' stunning Gower Peninsula, the first place in the UK to be officially designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The distillery is owned by Siân and Andrew Brooks who produce all their gin using a still named 'Arianwen', which means 'Silver Spirit' in the Welsh language. Open days are held where visitors can see how Gower Gin is made and taste some of the distillery's products.
A Note from the Founders
Our distillery is a real micro-distillery at the bottom of the garden at our house in Port Eynon, so we distil all our gins within sight of the sea. We are not open all the time but do run open days throughout the year. You can expect a very relaxed atmosphere, lots of free tasting (with some experiments that are not available to buy), and a look around the distillery which is likely to be in production mode so you can see live distilling most of the time. - Andrew Brooks, Co-Founder & Distiller.
