The Gin Guide Review
Gower Rhosili Gin delivers abundant citrus from lime and lemon, and from coriander seeds in the finish, with subtle coconut and vanilla hints from gorse, delicate floral notes from linden flowers and a little coastal zing from sea buckthorn. The addition of tonic brings out subtly sweet citrus notes and more sea buckthorn zing, with lime or rosemary making for ideal G&T garnish starting points. As you can rely on from Siân and Andrew at The Gower Gin Company, their Rhosili Gin is smooth, well-balanced and full of contemporary flavour while maintaining a hearty core of traditional botanicals and plentiful juniper. It's a very fitting and highly enjoyable addition to the range. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
