About Gyre & Gimble Distillery

Gyre & Gimble is a cocktail bar in the centre of Norwich and is also home to their 'Gin School' for hosting gin making experiences. The Gyre & Gimble Gin range is inspired by the stories and characters of Lewis Carrol, including their Nohow London Dry Gin and Queen of Hearts Cherry Gin which were Winners in The Gin Guide Awards 2021, in the Traditional Gin category and Flavoured Gin category respectively.

Gyre & Gimble - Nohow Gin

  • ​ABV: 42.5% (Base Spirit: Grain)
  • Botanicals: 10 including juniper, ginger, cassia, cardamom, black pepper, pink pepper, orange, lemon.
  • Buy: (£35 - £40) direct from Gyre & Gimble or via Master of Malt
Tasting Notes: Aromas of pine and floral pink pepper with aromatic sweetness. Bold, dry juniper on the palate with warming spice and fresh citrus. A finish of earthiness and dry juniper with lingering warmth and citrus.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange, or in a Bee's Knees or Gimlet.
