Hebden Bridge Gin Co

Launched in 2021 by Hebden Bridge resident Jill Henshall, Hebden Bridge Gin is inspired by the market town in West Yorkshire, famous for its wool and textile mills, and is distilled in Yorkshire at Northern Fox Distillery. Hebden Bridge Signature Dry Gin and their range of naturally and subtly flavoured gins are made in batches of 300 bottles, with labels designed by local artist Rachel Bull.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of grapefruit and juniper. On the palate, fresh juniper and woody notes before a peppery lift. A finish of zesty citrus, warm cassia and coriander seeds.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lime or Cucumber, or in a Martini, Gimlet or Negroni.

"The aim was to develop  a range of hand crafted, all natural, small batch gins in our home town, Hebden Bridge in the beautiful Calder Valley, with a wholly Yorkshire pedigree.
