About House of Elrick Gin
|
House of Elrick Gin was launched in 2016 and is currently distilled in batches of 600 bottles, having been developed with Dr David Clutton, and the gins use water from Loch Ness. House of Elrick was built in 1720 and had fallen into disrepair when Stuart Ingram purchased the estate in 2014 with plans to restore the buildings and gardens into a wedding venue and distillery. The distillery is located in the grounds of the Elrick estate and has been operational since 2018. |

Meet the Maker
"Nestled in the lowlands of Aberdeenshire, the House of Elrick estate is a home rich in history. Built at the height of the Scottish Enlightenment period in 1720, our home hosted lively discussions from some of the most respected creative, philosophical and scientific minds of the time. Today we work to restore her walls and welcome you to join us once again." - Stuart Ingram, Founder
