Jamun Dry Gin & Mohan Meakin Distillery
Jamun Dry Gin was launched in 2022 and is produced in the hill town of Kasauli by India's longest running distillers, Mohan Meakin, established in the mid-1800s. Unlike the majority of gins which are made with Common Juniper (Juniperus Communis), Jamun Dry Gin is made with Himalayan Juniper (Juniperus Recurva) as well as Himalayan spring water and Malabar plums which are commonly known as 'Jamun' and lend the gin it's name. Jamun Dry Gin is now available in the UK, imported by IMDrinks.
