The Gin Guide Review
Adding honey to green tea is a very popular serving and these flavours are combined very effectively with balance and character in Keepr's Green Tea and Honey Gin. The honey sweetness is tempered by the aromatic, bittersweet tea notes and lemon grass and star anise give complementary depth, with the latter developing further and lingering in the finish. With tonic there are fragrant and bright notes that are elevated and the balance continues with the sweetness at an enjoyable level. Lime or lemon make for ideal G&T garnish starting points. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
