Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin - Review & Tasting Notes
About Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin

The Gin Guide Review
Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is instantly distinct from the familiar associations with 'pink gin'. Rather than been heavily sweet or one-dimensionally fruity, it is dry with a prominent floral character that is well balanced by herbaceous notes and lemon. The grape base spirit helps deliver a full body and generous mouthfeel, and there's a subtle connection with the characteristics of Mirabeau's Rosé wines - it's a nice touch which makes it feel like a fitting and considered addition to the product range. When served with tonic the herbaceous and floral characters are amplified and lemon peel makes for an ideal garnish starting point. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
