N.11 Drink
N.11 Drink was launched in 2025 by Alex Bernabè with the goal of showcasing the Lake Garda region through spirits. N.11 London Dry Gin is distilled by Zona B Distillery and was a Bronze Award winner in The Gin Guide Awards 2026. The 'N.11' brand name is inspired by the number 11 recurring in Alex's life, including his date of birth - 11th November - and the month his children were born, with each new product always being launched on the 11th of the month. All N.11 Drink products are sold and distributed by Ristorante alla Fassa in Castelletto di Brenzone sul Garda.

N.11 London Dry Gin (42% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 5 botanicals including juniper, rosemary, olive leaves, bitter orange peel, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with Mediterranean Tonic Water, or in a Negroni with N.11 Amaro.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper and rosemary. Dry on the palate with citrus and olive leaves.
The Gin Guide Review: N.11 Gin was awarded a Bronze Award in the Traditional Gin category of The Gin Guide Awards 2026. During the blind tastings the Judges were impressed by the gin's aroma, flavour profile, and overall character. Individual Judge's comments included describing N.11 Gin as having 'green herbaceous and piney notes on the nose' and 'bright juniper on the palate with attractive citrus aspects', as well as being 'enjoyable across all attributes'.
