On The Wall Distillery
On The Wall Distillery was established on the Essex coast in Bradwell-on-Sea in 2021 by Gareth & Wendy Irwin. The distillery's name is derived from the nearby Saxon chapel of St. Peter-on-the-Wall which is depicted in the distillery logo and dates back to the mid-7th Century, making it one of the oldest chapels in England. Following the launch of their No. 653 'Black Label' London Dry Gin, the On The Wall gin range has grown to include their No. 654 London Dry Gin, Navy Strength Gin, Orange Gin, Pink Gin, and Summer Sunset Gin.

  • Botanicals: 13 botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, pink peppercorns, black peppercorns, cardamom, rosemary, grapefruit, orange, lemon. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Lemon, or in an Martini or Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of piney juniper, fresh rosemary and grapefruit citrus. Juniper, citrus and herbal notes on the palate with cardamon and rosemary. A finish of peppercorns and lingering citrus.   ​
