Piero Dry Gin - Review & Tasting Notes

The Gin Guide Review
Piero Gin is a neatly constructed gin that's dry, light and smooth. There is pleasing consistency and continuity from the nose to the palate, with juniper, bittersweet orange, underlying spice, a dry herbaceous character and the subtle citrus and floral notes that cardamom and marjoram deliver. This transitions smoothly into the finish with burst of warming ginger, deep orange notes and herbaceous marjoram. The flow and journey of flavours is executed impressively and it calls out for a Negroni, Negroni Spritz or a G&T with a garnish of orange or thyme. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |

Meet the Maker
"It was 2008 and I was in Madrid. I walked into a bar, took a seat at the bar and admired the bartender preparing a drink with a high visual impact with dedication and creativity. That night I tried my first 'premium Gin and Tonic. That experience changed my life. From that moment on every business trip there has been a new gin bar to discover and a new gin bottle to take home.”
