PinkHouse Distillery
PinkHouse Distillery was established in 2022 by Michelle Priestley in the North Yorkshire village of Bishopthorpe. Michelle's garden distillery is home to a 50L Genio still and is located behind her pink house from which the distillery gets its name. After launching with PinkHouse Dry English Gin which features several botanicals grown in the distillery garden, such as lemon balm, , the range has grown to include PinkHouse Berry Blush Gin and Citrus Vodka.

Meet the Maker
"Initially a dream stemming from a lifelong passion for gin and a pile of distilling books, I brought that dream to reality in January 2022 after spending months studying the distilling process and developing the perfect recipe in a small copper still. The distillery garden is the perfect place to grow botanicals to use in our recipes, reinforcing our ethos to only use the freshest, locally sourced ingredients wherever possibly we can. From the distilling process itself, the bottling, labelling and packaging of our gin are all are completed by hand." - Michelle Priestley, Founder
