Pinkmead Estate & Vineyard
Pinkmead Estate is located on the Isle of Wight, overlooking the River Medina between Newport and Cowes. When Nicola O'Dell became the 3rd generation to own the family estate, she took the opportunity to redevelop Pinkmead into a luxury residency rental and vineyard, growing grapes for English Sparkling Wine. With Nicola's ethos focused on environmental conservation and celebrating the local botanicals and community, Pinkmead Estate Wild Samphire Gin was developed in 2024 with Still Sisters Distillery in Somerset, using the estate's own wild samphire.

Pinkmead Estate Wild Samphire Gin (40% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 3 including juniper, angelica root, wild samphire. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon or Lime, or in a Martini or Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper and citrus on the nose, a savoury saltyness on the palate, and a lingering salinity in the finish.​
