Shrewsbury Gin

Shrewsbury Gin was launched in 2023 by Darren Tomkins who has run Gindifferent Bar in Shrewsbury since 2017. Having served hundreds of different gins in the bar, Darren partnered with nearby Henstone Distillery to develop Shrewsbury Gin. Following the launch of their Original Gin, the Shrewsbury Gin range has grown to include their aged Navy Strength 'Beagle Edition' and their Plum, Goosebury & Stem Ginger Gin Liquour.

Shrewsbury Gin - Original (41% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 12 botanicals including juniper, cardamom, black peppercorns, pink peppercorns, hops, bergamot, lemon peel, orange peel, Shropshire honey. Base Spirit: Grain.​
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange Peel or Lemon, or in a Bee's Knees.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, citrus and hops. Juniper, honeyed citrus and soft spice on the palate with undertones of cardamom and hops. A finish of peppercorns and lingering citrus and honey notes.
