Sipsmith VJOP Gin Review & Tasting Notes
About Sipsmith VJOP Gin
The Sipsmith distillery is based in West London and boasts the first copper pot still to be installed and used in London for 200 years at the time (which they named Prudence). It's the distillery that helped spearhead the London gin revival and Sipsmith V.J.O.P (Very Junipery Over-Proof) is based on their London Dry, but with 57.7% ABV and an abundance of juniper. The Gin Guide Review The name says it all with this gin, it is very junipery and over-proof. It's bold yet maintains a complexity around the big hit of juniper as well as the dry, zestiness that's prominent in Sipsmith's London Dry also. If you love the flavour of juniper, you're likely to love this gin and it's certainly one to sip and savour. - Paul Jackson, 2015 Buy Sipsmith VJOP
