Spirit Notes

Spirit Notes was established in Italy in 2023 by Stefano Berton and Roberto Centanini, launching with their Enrosadira Gin which features juniper, blueberries and saffron. At the historic Liquori Foletto distillery near Lake Garda, the three botanicals are macerated in the base spirit before distillation and again in the distilled spirit afterwards, giving the gin it's pinkish hue. The name 'Enrosadira' means 'to turn pink' in the Ladin language of Northern Italy and is the term used to describe the phenomenon of the Dolomite mountain peaks appearing pink at sunset. Spirit Notes also produce Branco Vermouth and Bramito Bitters.

  • Botanicals: 3 botanicals - juniper, blueberries, saffron. Base Spirit: Grain.​
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon or Blueberries.
  • Tasting Notes: Rich aromas of saffron and juniper with berry undertones. Juniper, saffron and blueberries on the palate, leading into a warm, bittersweet and earthy finish.
