The Gin Guide Review
St Clements Gin is a fragrant, flavoursome and contemporary gin with plentiful orange and lemon citrus, together with juniper, floral orange blossom and elderflower, and underlying spice. When neat, the gin delivers vibrant citrus and floral aromas, with enjoyable citrus zing on the palate before bittersweet citrus lingers through the finish alongside spice notes. When tonic is added, the balance of piney juniper is elevated and the zesty and subtly sweet citrus flavours intermingle with the earthy classic botanicals and soft florals. Deep citrus fruits, such as blood orange, are ideal garnish starting points, as are herbs such as thyme and rosemary. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |

Meet the Makers
"We’ve been fans of gin for 10 years or so and with owning businesses within the hospitality sector it was always our plan to create our own brand. We originally had another company produce our gin, but this really didn’t work for us so we set up our very own distillery, rebranded and now make gin for other companies. It’s been a really mad 18 months!" - Founders Paul & Julie Miller
