Stillin Italy
Stillin Italy was established in 2022 in Livorno, Italy, by American-born Robert Wilhelm. Having had a lifelong fascination with the history of spirits and how they are made, Robert achieved a General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, as well as gaining the nickname of Biggins (Big Gins) which became the name of his flagship gin, Biggins Mediterranean Style Dry Gin. Distilling with a 200L Muller Aromat still, Robert has expanding the range to include a pink gin, Baci Rubati, which translates as 'Stolen Kisses'

Biggin's Mediterranean Style Dry Gin (43% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 11 botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom, grains of paradise, ginger, cloves, orange peel, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Tuscan Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Grapefruit Zest or Rosemary, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of lemon citrus and earthy spice. Juniper-forward on the palate with lemon and orange citrus and warm spice. A bittersweet finish with peppery spice and fruity citrus.
