We only supply the product(s) for domestic and private use. By submitting an order to The Gin Guide, you agree not to use the product(s) for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- We will take payment when you confirm your order. Please take time to read and check your order at each stage before submitting your order to us.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. You will then receive an email dispatch confirmation when your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to supply you with a product or complete your order for any reason, for example because that product is out of stock or no longer available, we cannot meet your requested delivery date, or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or promotion at any time, without notice. All give-aways, value-added and promotional items are only available whilst stocks last. This includes any replacements required to replace breakages.
DELIVERIES
- Please see the 'Delivery & Returns' section of the website for more information on where we deliver to. We do not advise ordering for delivery to the BFPO (British Forces Postal Office), as security measures at the address often result in unsuccessful delivery.
- We or our authorised carrier will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you if you give instructions for us to leave your product(s) outside your house or outside any other address provided by you and the product gets lost or stolen. Delivery of an order is completed when we or our authorised courier deliver the product(s) to the address supplied. From this time the product(s) will be your responsibility. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our authorised carrier will leave you with a note advising you of where to collect the product(s).
- Occasionally delivery to you may be affected by an 'Event Outside Our Control' (EOOC), for example adverse weather conditions such as snow. In this event we will aim to contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of any information we have received regarding your delivery, and our obligations under contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration. You may cancel a contract affected by an EOOC which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant product(s) you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
- In the event that a delivery fails due to the provision of incorrect delivery information, a refund or replacement cannot be provided. If we complete a successful claim with the authorised carrier, you will receive the amount refunded by the authorised carrier. Claims typically take up to 30 days.
- The Gin Guide is not a VAT registered company and therefore prices do not include VAT.
- Occasionally we will run promotions that mean delivery is free over a certain threshold. We reserve the right to change this threshold at any time and should the threshold have been changed before you placed your order, we are under no liability to honour this threshold. Our website and payment processes are secure.
- If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel and return your order, for any reason, for up to 10 days after the day you received the product(s). During that period if you decide you would like to cancel or return your order please, contact us as soon as possible at shop@theginguide.com to notify us of your decision. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to: The Gin Guide, 4 Richard Court, Stanley Road, London, W3 8FT.
- We are unable to refund products which have been opened or used since you received them, unless the product is faulty. If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible at shop@theginguide.com.
- We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 days. If you open your order to find the product(s) are incorrect or mis-described, please return the product to us.

- Your privacy is important to us. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to get your product(s) to you, e.g. our authorised delivery partner.

In accessing the The Gin Guide website, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of The Gin Guide.
