The Artisan Gin has an unmistakable and striking bottle, and pleasingly the gin inside is suitably characterful, refined and distinctive. When neat, the abundant juniper, citrus peels, florals and subtly vegetal olive leaves give an unexpected sense of place and a snapshot of Croatian flavour. When served with Tonic Water, there is depth of flavour, combining savoury earthiness and piney juniper with citrus while the florals take a more delicate role. The Artisan Gin has the familiarity of traditional gin botanicals and Croatian juniper alongside multiple flavour profiles that are brought together neatly for a contemporary and distinctive gin that also pairs very effectively with Mediterranean food.
