The Gin Guide Review
The Swigg Gin is a sweet gin with plentiful honey notes, sharing some characteristics of an Old Tom and with a subtly golden hue. When neat, fragrant aromas of orange blossom lead on the nose, and on the palate this is joined by sweet honey, florals and subtly herbal notes. When served with a light tonic the sweetness mellows to give more balance and also elevates the floral characters, with orange and/or rosemary being ideal garnish starting points. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
