Twin Peaks Gin

Twin Peaks Gin was launched in 2025 by two siblings, Nick Baker and Jane Baker, based just outside Norwich in Norfolk, with the brand name being inspired by their love of mountains and holidays in the Alps. Nick, a former Assistant Head Teacher, and Jane, a Quality Manager in the food and drink industry, have a long-held passion for traditional gin and their recipe development journey began by taking part in gin making experiences at different distilleries. After obtaining licences and purchasing a 2L product development still, Nick and Jane honed the recipe for their Twin Peaks Signature Dry Gin and now partner with local Norfolk distilleries to upscale production. 

Twin Peaks Signature Dry Gin (43% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 12 botanicals including juniper, citrus. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon, or in a French 75 or Martini.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of bright citrus and delicate juniper. Warming spice on the palate with a herbal character. A lingering finish with touches of citrus sweetness.

Meet the Makers

"The whole interest in developing a gin recipe was started from a Christmas present of a Gin School experience. The experience lit a spark with both Nick and I and we then went on to experience different gin schools around the country, with each one learning more and more and producing gins that were really enjoyable and exciting to make."
