Uncommon Distillery
The Uncommon Distillery brand was created in late 2024 by Ben De Haan after purchasing the distillery operations of Sibling Distillery in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Ben is experienced in the industry having launched Black Robin Gin and Blue Duck Vodka in New Zealand in 2013. The Uncommon Distillery range has grown to include their Signature Gin, Local Honey Old Tom Gin, Spiced Fig & Plum Gin, and a range of gin liqueurs, as well as gins made in collaboration with the Barn Theatre in Cirencester as part of their fundraising.

Uncommon Distillery Signature Gin (42% ABV)

  • Botanicals: Including juniper, coriander seeds, liquorice root, clementine, vanilla. Base Spirit: Sugar Beet.
  • ​Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange, or in a Negroni or White Lady.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, citrus and vanilla. A classic core on the palate, with notes of clementine and creamy vanilla. A finish of coriander seeds and lingering citrus.
