Vokini Drinks
Vokini Drinks was launched in 2020 in Altrincham, Cheshire. Founders Marta and Dom were unable to open their chain of coffee shops during the Covid pandemic and turned to their passion for spirits when looking for an alternative online business. Dom and Marta began by distilling in a T500 still above their Altrincham coffee shop and launched their Pig & Wolf Gin range. Since then their spirits portfolio has expanded to include their Vokini Gin range and PH60 Gin range with record-breaking motorbike racer Peter Hickman. The Altrincham coffee shop is now a licensed premises serving drinks onsite and selling the Vokini Drinks spirits ranges.

Pig & Wolf London Dry Gin (42% ABV)

  • The Gin Guide Awards: Traditional Gin category Winner 2024
  • Botanicals: 9 botanicals including juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom, almonds, red grapefruit peel. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Red Grapefruit, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Traditional aromas of juniper and earthiness with zingy grapefruit. Classic but bright on the palate with juniper, red grapefruit and cardamom. A finish of lingering citrus and warm spice.

PH60 London Dry Gin (42% ABV)

  • The Gin Guide Awards: Contemporary Gin category Winner 2024
  • Botanicals: 12 botanicals including juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, cassia bark, cinnamon, liquorice, grains of paradise, bay leaves, orange peel, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange Peel or Lemon Peel, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of citrus, juniper and earthy spice. Juniper, lemon and orange on the palate with cardamom and cinnamon. A dry finish with peppery notes, lingering citrus and warm spice.​
