Warwickshire Gin Co.
The Warwickshire Gin Company was established in 2018 by David Blick. After developing their first three gins and gaining knowledge with an experienced distiller, David opened Warwickshire Gin Co's own distillery in Leamington Spa with a 50L copper still. The range now includes 6 gins, 3 rums and a vodka, all taking inspiration from the local area and events in Warwickshire's history, such as Leamington on Parade Gin which features Ceylon Tea, spices and hibiscus in homage to England's first elephant trainer, Sam Lockhart, who brought 3 elephants to Leamington from Ceylon in 1850. The distillery opened to the public for Tours and Tastings in 2021 and now also offers Cocktail Evenings and Afternoon G&Tea.

Leamington on Parade Gin (40% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 7 botanicals including juniper, Ceylon tea, black tea, cinnamon, chilli, ginger, hibiscus. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lime or Lemon, or in a Negroni or Martini.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromatic on the nose with notes of tea and hibiscus. Warming on the palate with juniper, gentle spice and tea notes. A finish of lightly spicy chilli and ginger alongside lingering tea tannins.
