Wild Moon Distillery
Wild Moon Distillery and Welsh Witch Gin were launched in November 2020 by Founder, Jade Garston, inspired by her passion for all things relating to Wales and witches. Jade established the distillery in Wrexham, North Wales, after seeing the rise in gin sales from her mobile Prosecco & Gin Bar. Alongside her flagship Welsh Witch Signature Gin, Jade has subsequently launched seasonal limited editions, such as the Beltane Edition and Ostara Edition, as well as Welsh Witch Spiced Rum.

  • Botanicals: 14 including juniper, cinnamon, wormwood, pink peppercorns, lemon thyme, dried orange, dried lemon, gorse tincture.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, citrus and soft floral gorse. Juniper, subtly sweet citrus, garden herbs and gorse flowers on the palate. A finish with warming spice of pink peppercorns and cinnamon.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with Mediterranean Tonic and a garnish of Rosemary or Thyme.

Meet the Maker

"I wanted to create more than a gin, I wanted to create a striking, new brand that would spark interest. I decided to combine my passions, Wales and all things witchy. I wasn’t sure how I would execute this until I heard the live version of Fleetwood Mac's 'Rhiannon', and Stevie Nicks introduces the song by saying, “This one is about a Welsh Witch”.
