Whitstable Harbour Gin
Whitstable Harbour Gin was launched in 2021 by Justine Setterfield and Darren Wilton. In 2017 Justine was working for Darren at The Old Neptune pub on Whitstable beach and was frequently asked by customers for a local gin. By 2019 they had researched, experimented with recipes, explored potential distillery locations, and developed the brand, just before covid-19 lockdowns halted their journey towards opening their distillery. So in 2021 the first batch of Whitstable Harbour Gin was produced to Justine and Darren's recipe by Langley Distillery in the West Midlands, and launched the same year. In 2023 this was followed by the launch of their Kentish Cherry & Hibiscus Gin, produced in Kent by Pleasant Land Distillery near Ashford.

Meet the Makers
"Whitstable Harbour Gin was an idea that became a reality between friends. It’s a story that starts in a pub where many good yarns begin, a tale of Gin, of a traditional blend brought back to life and rejuvenated into something new, a business that came with many hurdles and a spirit that continues to flow in its own direction." - Justine Setterfield, Founder
