Winestillery London Dry Gin - Review & Tasting Notes

The Gin Guide Review
Winestillery London Dry Gin is a flavoursome and refined delivery of rustic flavours and Italian personality. Piney juniper and classic botanicals combine very effectively with rich citrus peels, herbal and menthol characters, hints of anise, and deep herbaceous notes. The mouthfeel is pleasingly smooth and full, as is so often an endearing quality of grape base spirits. It is a gin that is very at home in classic gin cocktails, with lemon peel or apple making for ideal garnish starting points. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
