One Gin was launched in 2017, featuring its signature botanical, sage, and building on the existing One Water brand that was launched in 2005 to raise money for safe, clean water projects in the world's poorest communities. In committing to donating a minimum of 10% of profits to sustainable water programmes, One Gin became the first gin brand to donate to a global humanitarian cause. 

One Gin - Classic

• Botanicals: 10 including juniper, sage, orange peel, lemon peel, nutmeg, cassia bark. ​​

Tasting Notes: Herbeceous and woody aromas, with orange and sage. On the palate, juniper, sweet and bright citrus with dry, woody sage. A warming, spiced finish with nutmeg cassia and lingering citrus.

Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange Zest, or in a Martini or Negroni.​

The Gin Guide Review: ​One Gin is flavoursome and characterful with distinguishable and distinctive notes of sweet orange, dry sage, warming spice and woodiness. In particular, the orange and brighter citrus notes make for a pleasing contrast and balance of flavours with the dry, herbacous notes and warming spice. Tasting Notes: Fresh and candied apple on the nose, with juniper and gentle sage and orange note. Crisp and bittersweet apple on the palate with citrus and dry, herbaceous undertones. A finish warming spice and lingering apple and citrus notes.

Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Apple & Sage, or in a Martini or English Garden cocktail.​
