Distilled at Speight's Distillery near Halifax in West Yorkshire, England, Speight's Pear Gin is bottled at 40% ABV. It is distilled with fresh pears alongside botanicals including bananas, mango and vanilla.

The Edge - Pear Gin

The Edge Pear Gin is distilled at The Edge Distillery in Cheshire, England, and is bottled at 40% ABV. Based on The Edge London Dry Gin recipe, dehydrated pears are infused in the base spirit before being vapour infused in the distillation alongside botanicals including orange peel, goji berries, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Tasting Notes: A completely clear gin, The Edge Pear Gin is fragrant with pear aromas, citrus and juniper, with a base of classic gin botanicals and fruity, naturally sweet pear, alongside citrus and warming spices that give balance and build through the finish. With tonic water it is crisp and continues to balance fruitiness with the traditional core.
