100 & NO MORE

100 & No More was launched in 2021 by Ricardo Barguñó. Each gin in the range is focused on a non-traditional botanical and they are distilled at La Destilateca in batches of up to 100 bottles, with each bottle being numbered. The range includes Sichaun, Brava, Manaos, Oaxaca and Xmas Gins.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic, earthy pepperiness on the nose with a hint of citrus. On the palate, a zing of warm pepperiness and citrus . A finish of dry Szechuan pepper.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon Peel, or in a Martini, Negroni or Red Snapper.
