Norlyk Distillery was launched in 2020 by cousins, Claus Norlyk and Jesper Norlyk, who give their name to the distillery and gins. The distillery is located in the centre of Denmark's oldest market town, Tønder, behind the old site of one of the town's most popular pubs, "Zum weissen Schwan" (The White Swan) which inspired the branding. Their flagship gin, Norlyk Classic Gin, was followed by their Apple Gin, Blueberry Gin and Rhubarb Gin, all of which are made in their computerised Genio still.
