Additional Entry Form 2023

To enter an additional gin into The Gin Guide Awards 2023, please complete the below Entry Form. Following submission of the Entry Form you will be taken to a payment page and confirmation with details for the delivery of samples and also the option to enter another additional gin. 

Please note: the below Entry Form must be submitted in one session and cannot be partially completed and saved. Please do not hit the 'Enter/Return' key while completing the form as this will result in the form being submitted prematurely.

You will receive confirmation of your entry (including full Sample Delivery details) via email within 5 working days of payment, as well as the link to the 'Entrants' Area' page. If you have any questions or queries, please contact [email protected]

    Please provide high resolution images that you own the rights to or are permitted to provide. In providing images you permit the images to be edited and displayed by The Gin Guide on The Gin Guide website, social media, email, video, and printed outputs. If any issues occur with the upload of your imagery, these can alternatively be sent separately to the [email protected].
