Launched in 2020, Anaiak Gin is produced by brothers Rémy and Boris Harretche at their distillery in a renovated garage in the town of Ciboure, and the name 'Anaiak' means 'brothers in Basque. The base spirit is produced with organic grape marc from the Bordeaux region and the lemon verbena and eucalyptus botanicals are picked locally in the Basque region. |
