Bareksten Spirits
Bareksten Spirits was launched in 2015 by former bartender and experienced forager Stig Bareksten, and their spirits are distilled at Oss Craft Distillery in Bergen, Norway. Their flagship gin, Bareksten Botanical Gin, is made with a potato base spirit and features 26 botanicals primarily sourced from the Norwegian forests which also inspire the bottle design. The Bareksten Spirits range has since grown to include their Navy Strength Gin, Old Tom Gin, Double Gin, Absinthe and Botanical Aquavit.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of florals and berries with notes of juniper and citrus. Fresh on the palate with juniper, berries and spice.
