Bond Street Distillery
Bond Street Distillery was established in 2019 by Sally Faulkner and her team. The distillery is located on Upper Bond Street in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and the building itself dates back to the 18th Century and is a former hosiery factory. It is home to their 700L still, Bond Street Gin School, and their bar 'The Bond Street Social'. Having initially launched with the Signature London Dry Gin, the Bond Street Gin range has grown to include a Navy Strength Edition and their Sumptuous Spices Gin, as well a range of flavoured gins, including their Raspberry Gin, Blood Orange Gin, and festive Mince Pie Gin.

  • Serving Suggestions: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Pink Peppercorns, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of Juniper, citrus, orange blossom and earthy notes.​ On the palate, juniper, deep citrus, earthy spice and cardamom. A finish of pink peppercorn spice and savoury bay notes.
  • ​Botanicals: 9 including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice, cardamom, pink peppercorns, bay, orange blossom, orange zest. Base Spirit: Grain.
Bond Street Signature Gin combines a very classic core of botanicals with contemporary hints of orange blossom, cardamom and bay. On the nose there is plentiful juniper, citrus and bright notes of orange blossom balanced with earthiness. On the palate the juniper prominence continues with deep citrus, earthy spice and cardamom, before a kick of pink peppercorns and savoury bay in the finish. With tonic, the soft cardamom spice, mellow orange blossom and piney juniper notes are elevated, with orange and/or pink peppercorns making for an ideal G&T garnish option. - Paul Jackson, 2020
