Broken Bones Distillery
Broken Bones Distillery was launched in 2016 by Founders Boštjan Marusic, Borut Osojnik and Polona Preskar - friends with extensive combined experience in the wine, brewing and whisky industries. The 'Broken Bones' name was born when both Borut and Bostjan required hospital treatment within a week of each other in 2016 when Boštjan broke his leg while filling whisky barrels and Borut broke his nose. The distillery's debut gin, Broken Bones London Dry Gin was launched in 2018 was a 2021 Winner in The Gin Guide Awards.

Broken Bones London Dry Gin (45% ABV)

  • ​Botanicals: 10 including juniper, coriander seeds, orris root, liquorice, cardamom, lemon peel, lemon zest, rosehip berries, linden tree flowers. Base Spirit: Sugarbeet.
  • Serving Suggestions: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon Peel and/or Juniper Berries, or in a Martini, White Lady or Negroni.
  • ​Tasting Notes: Fresh aromas of juniper, subtle citrus and delicate florals. Full bodied on the palate with juniper, citrus, rosehips and cardamom. Lingering and smooth finish of citrus and spice notes.
