Goldings Distillery
Goldings Distillery was established in 2022 in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire, by NHS pharmacist David Tait. David's Signature London Dry Gin was his debut launch, followed by Goldings Christmas London Dry Gin which was named as a Winner in Spiced Gin category of The Gin Guide Awards 2024 and is also available in a Ready-To-Drink Negroni Cocktail.

Goldings Signature London Dry Gin (41.7% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 11 botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, fennel seed, dried horseradish, grains of paradise, pink peppercorns, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Grapefruit or Lemon, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, fennel and spices. Juniper and citrus on the palate, with umami notes.

Meet the Maker

"If ever a village deserved its own gin, it’s my home village of Stoke Golding - hence the name 'Goldings'. The tree logo was designed by a local artist and friend, Helen Shipton, and they represent the French poplars in a field at the bottom of my garden.
